Illustrator no funciona

buen dia, no me esta funcionando illustrator algunas funciones estan bloqueadas, como la barra de menú

y no me deja cambiar la mesa de trabajo esta es la version actualizada 28.6

No, tengo solo las cuatro instlada normal mente

No, el programa inicia correctamente y no queda en blanco. Sin embargo, al intentar hacer clic en cualquiera de las opciones de la barra de menú, estas no responden. Por ejemplo, al seleccionar Archivo, Edición, Objeto, Texto, Seleccionar, Ventana o Ayuda, todas estas funciones están bloqueadas y no me permiten interactuar. Además, la opción para cambiar el espacio de trabajo tampoco funciona. Todas estas funciones se encuentran inoperativas

If not, kindly try removing Illustrator using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/4cmqC6s) and then reinstalling it to check if it helps. If the problem persists, try running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

no me funciono ninguna de las anteriores y todo lo que me recomendaron , me toco fue formatear la computadora y ahi si ya me esta funcionando normal illustrator, gracias .
