illustrator not campatible with windows 10 20H2

i am trying to install illustrator 2022 on windows 10 20H2 but it says that it is not compatible.

how do i fix this?

How are you still running 20H2 when updates are compulsory? Are you running the LTSC version?

Can you install the Windows 10 22H2 update on this computer? The Win 10 20H2 release is no longer supported by Microsoft. The 22H2 version of Win 10 will be supported into 2025. Upgrading the computer's OS to Windows 11 could also be an option (provided it doesn't break any older software you could be using).
