Hello, the newest illustrator & Photoshop  Not compatible with my system

Could i have a solution now ! my current is  ( Mac os.  HighSierra  10.13.6 )

What about the hardware? Can the OS be updated at all?

The last Illustrator version compatible with High Sierra would be CC 2020. This version is not available through the CC app, but may be available if you contact support, explain your situation and ask specifically for it:

In either case, point updates may not be available for these versions.

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind updating the OS on your computer to at least 10.15 Catalina or trying Illustrator on a different computer and checking if it helps?
