Illustrator not launching

This error pops up....tried following a few steps shown on various links but still isnt working

Have you tried removing Illustrator using the Adobe CC Cleaner tool and then re-installing the application? It sounds like something is corrupted. The cleaner tool would help with that if the file corruption is within the Illustrator installation. I would also advise doing some disc cleanup tasks for the operating system itself. In the case of Windows it can get gummed up with all sorts of temporary junk files over time.
