Hi guys, I'm having trouble with the illustrator app. The problem is that when I open any file and do some changes the saving process doesnt run. It just stays with the " * " in the file tab as if its saved yet. It only happens in Illustrator.... PS, AF, etc work good. I tried to uninstall ann install it again but it keeps happening. If anyone knows how to fix it let me know. Thank you.
Thanks for reaching out. Since Photoshop and After Effects are working fine, this does seem specific to Illustrator. Could you confirm the Illustrator version and your OS details, so I can check further? It would also help to know if this happens with every file, including newly created ones saved locally, or only with certain documents. If possible, please share a short screen recording showing the save issue.
