Illustrator + Photoshop 2023 both very slow because of all these Edgeview and CEO HTML Subprocesses

I dont know wtf all these subprocesses of Microsoft Edge and Adobe CEP   are or why there needs to be like 10 copies of them, but they are slowing the crap out of everything.

FIX THIS ADOBE, WHY DO I NEED SO MANY COPIES OF MICROSOFT EDGE WEBVIEW OR ANY FOR THAT MATTER.

I have a fairly decent PC with 32GB of ram,

 

but ever since this start popping up its grinding speed to a halt.
