Illustrator Problem: Flickering cursor

Hi I need you help

Whenever I open Adobe Illustrator (Just within this past week), I get a problem where the cursor appears to flicker constantly with a flickering . Is impossible to work like this…. What can I do?
I have ry to distal and re-install but still have problem
