illustrator problem with opening

i download a free try installed on my mac and when i click on icon to open it this just pop up and its loading all the time, any ideas what to do? i try to uninstall and install again and etc.. please help as urgently need it

Please try the following:

  1. Press Cmd-Option-Esc and force quit out of Illustrator.
  2. Locate the Creative Cloud desktop app in the menu bar the top and click the cloud-icon to display it.
  3. Click the gear-icon in top right of the CC desktop app.
  4. Select Preferences, and click Sign-out.
  5. Next also from the gear icon, select Quit.
  6. Reboot your computer and relaunch CC Desktop app, and sign-in again (gear-icon > preferences > sign-in using your Adobe ID and Password that you registered for the Trial)
