Illustrator quit unexpectedly

I've been trying to figure out what the issue is, but this error keeps popping up when I open Illustrator. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and it's still doing it. Any suggestions??

Did you reset the preferences?

Sorry. Windows 10 version 25.2. And yes for requirements and preferences
