Illustrator "ne répond plus" en cours de travail

Bonjour, je rencontre un problème récurent avec Illustrator uniquement (ok photoshop, XD, InDesing).
Après quelques dizaines de mintues, il se fige, ne répond plus et je perd systématiquement quelques minutes de travail. C'est insuportable.
J'ai vérifié que mon système est compatible avec la dernière version, vérifié le pilote GPU, réinitialisé les préférences, mis Illustrator en exception dans mon logiciel anti virus et testé hors ligne. Toujours le même problème.
Et c'est un problème que j'avais déjà rencontré il y a plusieurs années avec des version antérieures.
Merci de me dire quoi faire. J'ai un travil professionnel à terminer.

Without any actual system info and details like e.g. your hardware accleration settings we can't realyl tell you mich. If it happens every x ten minutes it stands to reason that this is a network error, an external drive needing to wake up from sleep mode or some online function liek the CC libraries syncing. Of course it could be any number of other things just as well. You realyl have to be more specific. Start by observing your task manager/ activity monitor when the delays are happening. Perhaps there's a pattern like another app consuming all system resources or a specific process being initiated by the system.
