Illustrator screen pixeled

So whenever I'm idle for 30 seconds, this is how my screen appears. It will go away by zooming in or out but it's still annoying. Can someone help me?

Hi 

Can you confirm the version of the software and the operating system you are using.

Also, can you share some technical specifications? Memory, video card...

For example, on my laptop, there are 2 graphic processor (one in the CPU, one proper video card), but when the computer is left idle the processor used is the one that draws the least amount of energy. Check in your Control Panel/Preferences which processor is used on wake up, after idle.
