Hi! I am using Adobe Illustrator 28.5 version on Macbook. I am recently facing an issue with the scroller's performance. The scroller is not working smoothly like it used to. It takes me multiple scrolls to scroll through a single artboard. It doesn't work the same how it does on Photoshop. I am unable to fix this issue.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

What kind of device are you using?
Does it work better with a different device?
How large is the monitor?
Can you tell us the computer specifications?
Do you have a Window manager such as Magnet or Rectangle installed?

Hello @Khushboo H,
We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to reset Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://adobe.ly/3yjMp0y) and checking if it helps?
Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders, the location of which is mentioned above.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

Is your Macbook running Sonoma? If so has the scrolling behavior been happening since possibly a Sonoma upgrade? Since Sonoma was released I've seen a lot of back and forth everytime either Illustrator or Sonoma is updated in terms of compatibility issues. The best bet is probably to make sure that both Illustrator and Sonoma are at their latest levels and then hold your breath.
