Illustrator shadow effect problem

Good morning bro, the shadow effect in Illustator v28.1 seems questionable, which looks quiet different between Illustator v28.1 and Photoshop v25.3.1. Do you know how to solve this probelm (the shadow effect in Illustator CS6 works correctly)? Thx~
