Illustrator slow start

Question

I have illustrator 2022 that often starts very slowly or I have to even End Task from Task manager multiple times. Don't want Illustrator 2023 because it feels buggy.
Do not want to reset preferences either. I just installed it.

Is there any settings in some files that I should try that make loading more smooth. I am accustomed that every program runs in 5 secs. Photoshop and Illsutrator are often real slow to start.

Kind of feels like if every version is built on the last one then some unnecessary stuff accumulates in the code. I really have no idea.

If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed on our computer and system configuration (CPU/GPU/Memory/Display Monitors/Plug-ins used), so we can investigate this further.
