Illustrator suddenly switching itself to CPU mode.

Hi, i saw there was an update today and here's when the problem begun.

 

When i'm trying to create a text editable and scalable it dissappear and suddenly Illustrator Switching to CPU mode.

 

I've checked performance and GPU is X checked.

 

I have to make a new Window for it to switch back to GPU.

But it happenes again when i'm doing the same thing as i wrote down above.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/3GIvjKG) and checking if it helps?

If the problem persists, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, system config (CPU/GPU/Memory), a sample file (https://adobe.ly/47VO9tJ), and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/3GGEsDl), so we can investigate this further.

Oh, sorry for late answer.

 

I haven't checked if it still doing it with that text font, other text fonts could i make to a vector.

 

But i'll return with answers someday when i have time to investigate it.
