Illustrator Toolbar non-functional after Sonoma 14.3.1 Update

Just updated my macbook air 2020 to Sonoma 14.3.1 and now I'm completely unable to access my toolbar. I've seen others post about this issue awhile back but nothing about this specific update yet. Does anyone kow how to fix this? I can't do anything.. so frustrating!

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps? Also, try to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.
