O illustrator travou e fechou automaticamente.
Obrigada

You used Autosave? So this is a Cloud document? Only on Cloud documents you can use Autosave.
The recovery is just that: A recovery. But: if Illustrator crashes in the moment when it saves, then your file is most probably toast.
Save often. Save early. Save different versions. Only then you can make certain that there is something left.

So what's the point of auto-saving
If you are referring to the File recovery, it is not Auto-save. It's recovery. It's nice when you do not have to re-do the last 20 minutes. Regarding saving: you and you alone are responsible for your files.

Recovery is NOT Autosave.
If you want a more robust solution that automatically saves your file, get the plugin Autosaviour. And since you seem to refuse to think about a proper backup strategy, you might be better off with the paid version of that plugin, which can even save multiple versions of your file and not just one.

There is nothing that can be done about your file. It's gone. Nobody can bring it back to you.
I am worried about that this won't happen to you again. Because you cannot rely on Tech to save your files.
