Hi,

Up until an hour ago, Illustrator was working fine. Now when I go to launch I get a System Error message:

I have re-installed it several times, including the two previous versions, but no luck. I don't think it's a compatibility issue as all has been well up until this point.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi there,

Sorry for the delayed response. This usually happens due to a missing ".ddl" file or corrupted Visual C++ redistributable package. So, I would suggest you to try these steps:
Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
Right-click Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (2012-2017) and choose Repair.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, I would suggest you to reinstall them from this page (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0) and see if that helps to resolve the issue.

Let us know how it goes. We will be looking forward to your response.

Thanks & Regards,
