Illustrator v 29.5 Error Desconocido

Hola comunidad,

No sé si a ustedes les esta sucediendo lo mismo. Pero en la nueva versión de Illustrator (en algunos momentos) tira un error desconocido que no permite salvar el archivo y anula la función de [Recuperación].

¿Alguno conoce alguna solución a esto sin desinstalar esa versión y volver a la anterior?

Do you have any third party plug-ins installed? If so make sure that they are compatible with the latest version of Illustrator.

Looks like there aren’t any plug-ins installed. Should I check anything else?

Would you mind providing some details about the circumstances under which these files were saved or edited and the version of the OS installed?

Also, try saving the file as a PDF with Illustrator editing capabilities or as a Cloud Document and share your observations.

Hi, Thanks for answer!

There's no clear pattern to the issue—Illustrator crashes randomly with this error.
Next time it happens, I'll try saving the file as a PDF with editing capabilities or as a Cloud Document to see if that helps.
