illustrator v25.4.1 crash while opening some files on M1 Macbook Pro macOS Big Sur v.11.5.2

i cannot open my illustrator, it continously shutting down.. i cannot work 😞

    Sorry about the crashing! I know that's really frustrating. I would request you to share a few more details like:

    • OS and the exact version of Illustrator
    • Does the crash happen while launching Illustrator or after Illustrator is open?
    • Does a crash happen while performing a specific action (export, save, using the pen tool, etc.)?
    • Does crash happen while working on a specific document? Could you please share a sample document with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html) and share the download link.
    • Share crash logs by following the steps mentioned in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html).
      While submitting the crash report, please use the same email address with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly.
    • When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions installed recently.

      Which documents do you want?

      • the crash occurs while Illustrator is running.
      • my OS windows 10 64 bit 
      • illustrator V (25.4.1)

      Thank you for replying and sharing the details. I would like to know if you have submitted the crash report as asked above, and have you tried the steps shared in the help article shared above? If Illustrator is crashing while working on some documents, I request you all to share that document. So we can check it at our end.

      Same.  I need a solution NOW. Do I need a new computer? I'm on an iMac. A new app? Procreate maybe? I need to get my work done or I'm going to lose money.
