illustrator V27.8.1 ｜M1 chip startup illustrator crash issue

I have updated my M1 to Apple's latest operating system. At the same time, I attempted to uninstall and reinstall my Illustrator software.

However, when I launch the program, it still crashes, my screen turns pink anomalies. I'm wondering if Illustrator is compatible with the M1 chip.

Additionally, I tried this on my other Apple devices, and I'm encountering the same issue. Apple support suggested that I reach out to the software vendor for a solution.

Is this a common issue with the software or am I an isolated case?

I understand that you are experiencing the pink screen issue in Illustrator on your M1 Macbook. I can imagine how frustrating it must be for you.

There have been multiple use cases when the pink screen happens:

Moving Illustrator windows from one display to another triggers a pink screen, and then it disappears in a fraction of a second
The pink screen appears while opening a file or dragging a file on the Ai icon in the dock, and then it disappears after a few seconds.
The pink screen appears whenever there is a dialog box pop-up in Illustrator - especially the missing fonts dialog box.

Please confirm which of the use cases is happening on your Mac.

I will make sure to pass on this information to the engineering and product team for their review.

the pink screen cases happeing on me is:

The pink screen appears while I opening a file, and then it disappears after a few seconds.

and this issues only appears while opeing file
