Illustrator vectorise automatiquement les textes à l'ouverture d'un .pdf

Bonjour,
Je ne parviens pas à comprendre, j'ai un pdf dans lequel les textes sont éditbles, je l'ouvre dans illustrator et là, impssible d'étider aucun texte, ils ont tous été vectorisés. Je n'ai malheureusement pas le début d'une idée... quelque chose doit m'échapper.

Thanks, but that not this. I have the fonts installed.
I don't know why illustrator automatically vectorize the fonts at the opening of the 20 pages.
The only strange thing i finally found is cutting the 20 pages in page to page. And each page opening correctly with editable fonts. Really weird
