        Here is what I could find for the most recently updated system requirements https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/system-requirements.html. 

         

        If you open the new Creative Cloud desktop app, click on the mortarboard icon for Learn More. It'll open up additional info about Illustrator. In the upper right under Information, it'll tell you if it's compatible with your computer.
