When I try and open Illustrator I get the following message:

Hi there, thanks for the reply

 

I tried step 1 (signing out of adobe app) but I can't sign back in. It simply says "loading creative cloud" forever.

Please ignore that last reply - Illustrator now works on my laptop however is having the same issue on my desktop computer even though my plan says I can have the programme installed and signed in on two devices at once.
