Illustrator works slower and worse on better computer

Hi! I have just changed computer from iMac 2013 for macbook pro 16 2019 and i noticed that even with better procesor and more RAM (8 vs 32) illustrator works very bad, slow and roughly. No things like that happen on photoshop or after effects. I work on CC 2020. Does someone know what's going on?

Is Dictation turned off in the system?

What kind of Graphic card is inside? Is it compatible? Is there some automatic GPU switching present in the system?

Graphic card is: 

AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4  GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536  MB

Automatic GPU switching is present and it's turned on.

The automatic switching has caused issues for some people. Can you try and turn that off?

Yes I did turn it off but still AI is very slow ;/
