I updated all of my Adobe products to 2020 today, specifically Illustrator. I was asked to make a new 300x70 px logo, simple enough, except when the properties were read after creating it it stated them as 503x105 px, what's going on? I was able to easily resize it to the proper dimensions in Photoshop, but now I'm not sure if any of my works in Illustrator will be sized correctly.
*for reference I specifically created a new 300x70 Illustrator document for my design
Has anyone experienced this before, is it an update glitch, or does anyone know a workaround for this?

So you exported the logo as a raster image and the dimensions changed? You need to export at 72 ppi.

The image was exported at 72 ppi. I created both a JPG and PNG with the same result.

Can you please tell us the exact steps for exporting, e.g. which export function you used?

Would exporting for screens have made a difference?

I can't reproduce this. Are you sure the error didn't happen when checking the image in the other application?

I unistalled and reinstalled Illustrator and that seemed to fix my problem. I'm assuming something went wrong downloading on my work computer because I'm not finding a similar issue on my personal laptop.
Thanks for your help with this.
