ILLUSTRATOR Y PHOTOSHOP lentos

Hola: desde hace un mes que tanto Illustrator como Photoshop están muy lentos. Tengo una surface que no ha tenido inconveniente con otros programas. 

Sobre todo, está muy lento el zoom. A qué se puede deber? Muchas gracias
