You maybe want to select a printer profile that supports color. "Dot Gain" is a greyscale profile

The only profiles that show up under the drop down menu are:

Dot Gain 10%

Dot Gain 15%

Dot Gain 20%

Dot Gain 25%

Dot Gain 30%

Gray Gamma 1.8

Gray Gamma 2.2

Black & White

EPSON Grey Gamma 1.8

EPSON Grey Gamma 2.2

sGray

There are no options for color?

I thought dot gain was determined the diameter of half-tone dot, not color?

Which of the above options is a color profile that supports color?

Thank you (in advance)

If your printer only offers greyscale, then maybe it is a printer problems versus and Illustrator problem. Look at the printer preferences and see if it is set up to print greyscale only. Perhaps that is why you are only getting those profiles in AI.

You definitely do not have a correct driver for your Epson. Your first screen grab shows the driver you are currently using which is Microsoft's Generic driver. Download the proper driver package for your system from Epson.

After you have done that, there will be a proper profile (with paper choices) available for you to select in Illustrator Printer Profile.
