Ilustrator não inicia. Ilustrator dont start.

Meu ilustrator "trava" na parte que aparece : Inicializando plugins...PDFFormatUI. sempre nessa parte.

My ilustrator freeze in in the part that appears starting plugins ...PDFFormatUI.. Always in this part.

I have been using cs6 photoshop on my computer for years and it works normally.

Your RAM is definitely at the lower end, although it's still inside the requirements.

I'm not sure about the processor and the graphics card, please compare the specs: Adobe Illustrator system requirements

In my photoshop I have plug-ins, brushes and other things that make it look much heavier than the ilustrator. Should it work agree?

Hello, my ilustrator was 1 week free trial. I see all the options and dont have any of these options.from the first day while still in the test period does not appear on the screen.
