Image Exporting in Black and White

Hi. 

 

When I export my image, the colors are not showing correctly. The text is green and the background is black with added texture. It is just exporting as black and white, and it appears dull.

 

Can anyone help? I attached photos. The first is how it should be. I have tried exporting it using different options, but that doesn't work.

We need to know what settings you used to better help, please post a screnshot.

Could be so  many things things such as exporting to CMYK file when you need RGB. So help us to help you, and screenshots answer alot of questions we would have.

Can you please tell us system and Illustrator version?

Also: which file format are you exporting exactly how?
