image not showing

actually i need help few days before i install illustrator because my Japanese client sent me product catalog file (illustrator file)

when i try to open that file only diagram are coming image not coming why i don't know before open the file there is option, Recent, CC file, mobile creation, when i go to recent option there i can see the file (catalog) image and diagram all ok but when i click the file to see in side the illustrator there comes only  diagram (drawing) image not showing.why.......?

please advise me urgent ....

The image could simply be missing so that there is an invalid link.

You may ask the client to resend and make sure the image is included.

Are the other images embedded? If so, you may ask the client to embed the missing image as well.

you can see below attachment there is image and drawing all showing when i click on file to open in side the illustrator only drawing coming image gone. you can see my previous attachment
