Image Trace, Make and Expand not working

I have this image from photoshop and I'm trying to bring it into Illustrator and then do an Image Trace, Make and Expand. When I do that, the entire image disappers and I'm left with a white box. I can not figure out what is happening. My goal is to have an outline of my image. Thanks for your help.
