Image trace

Where in Illustrator 2020 is the image trace button and the image trace panel?  Thank you

Thank you.  I read that but the only access to image trace I see on my Illustrator 2020 is Object/Image trace in the dropdown menu.  It says there is an Image trace "button".

There will be a button in the control bar or the properties panel when you have an image selected.

Otherwise open the image trace panel (Window > Image Trace) to see the full options.

And choose Window menu > Control to get the Control bar with the button.

Thank you,  problem was I was going to Object/Image trace instead of Window menu.  🙂
