Thank you.  I read that but the only access to image trace I see on my Illustrator 2020 is Object/Image trace in the dropdown menu.  It says there is an Image trace "button".

There will be a button in the control bar or the properties panel when you have an image selected.

Otherwise open the image trace panel (Window > Image Trace) to see the full options.
