Image with clickable parts + web page(s)

Hi everybody,

I would like to create an image to attach to an e-mail. Such an image should have clickable parts linked to certain pages in the browser. I create both email (with the attached illustration) and pages.
Is it possible to do this kind of work with illustrator?
If so, how would I go about hosting the pages?
