images appearing blank in illustrator 2022

all of my images appear like this is illustrator

I run illustrator version 27.1, and yes I have already tried;

1) ctrl + y

2) saved it on paint/photoshop and placed it again

This only happens on my PC, works fine on my MacBook pro with the same illustrator version.

Does anyone have any idea?

And when you export are they there?

Did you already try and reboot the computer?
