Images are Pixelated After Export (png/jpg)

Hello Everyone, 

I've been experiencing this issue for awhile. Whether I export my image through "Export for Screens" or "Export As...", the image is blurred and pixelated (upon zoom) when compared to the .svg or .eps versions. I have tried: changing the export settings to be optimized for art; updating the document raster effect settings to 300ppi; saving the image larger than what is needed (ex., InDesign document is 7.5"x7.5" and save the image as 10"x10" for it to placed). Is there a setting or method I am missing; or is this unavoidable?  Screenshots attached for example. Thank you.

InDesign works fine with Illustrator files, just place the .ai file for the best quality.

No need to export as an image.

When you export as pixels, you get pixels and they become more visible when zoomed in.

SVG and EPS can be vector and are scalable.

Hello, 

Thank you for the quick response. I wish to use the export in an InDesign booklet which will be printed (7.5"x7.5" page - export would be used full bleed). I understand what you're saying in regards to getting pixels when exporting as such. Are there specific settings that can minimize the severity of the pixelation (such as preferred ppi, origin to destination size difference, pixel perfect, etc)?
