I am using Macbook Pro 14 with M3 pro chip, 18GB unified memory.

Hello @saifudheent63699917,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying to update to the latest version of macOS Sonoma (14.3) and checking if it helps?

Also, check if Illustrator behaves this way with other files as well. If yes, kindly try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) and share your observations. If it's only happening with a few files, try copying the contents of those files to a new one and check if it helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

It happens with multiple files. Copying and pasting works some times. But, not most of the time. Its really annoying. Let me try to update my OS.

Finally seen the screen recording. Try resetting the graphics processor as mentioned, and restart the computer.

Do you have pantone Connect installed as on this post. Try running 28.1.

I'm not using any plugins. I tried turning off GPU performance and animated zoom. Still this happens often.

Cannot see your screen recording. Maybe try a screenshot instead or mp4.

Try turning of GPU Performace
