Images rotated 180 degrees after re opening illustrator

Hi all,

I installed the new version of AI and the bug I have did not happened on the 2023 version.

I have jpegs with masks on them with for example: two at the top, two at the bottom. When I re open the file after saving, all the masked images have been rotated 180 (so bottom right is now top left and rotated 180 deg). I corrected everything manually but it happened again. How do I prevent this bug? My file is unusable after that bug and add a couple of hours to remask everything.
