Import Vector Graphic Illustrator

Hi anyone who can help me step by step to import vector graphics into illustrator from example "Stock adobe" or any .esp files?

I've usede place, but then it will appear as one layer like a "flatten image" Cant figur what im doing wrong...

Please tell us the number of that file in Adobe Stock.

What kind of file is it? An EPS? EPS is not necessarily a vector file?

WHen you open the file in Illustrator (not place), then how does that look? Please do also show the Layers panel with content visible.

Don't drag and drop. Don't place. Open the file with Open from the File meny only. Then post screen shot, showing layers.

... well I drag and droped and also choosed open in illustrator from "Adobe stock"
