Importing transparent PNG has weird background IPAD

Every time I try to import a transparent PNG. The background pops up with lines or it looks glitchy anyway to help!!!! it works sometimes, but then it just comes back out of nowhere

    Hello @Skrtisdead,

    Would you mind sharing more details, like the version of the OS/Illustrator, whether Illustrator behaves this way with all files and a sample PNG file, so I can check it on my end?

    @Anubhav M here's more sample png files I tried deleting it and re-downloading it also re-downloading the PNG but for some reason, it just doesn't work it still pops up with the same problem, i'm on version 3.08 for illustrator and I'm on 18.3.1 really hope you can help. I mainly bought this tablet to work on my designs, but this problem is limiting me  it only happens on Illustrator when I import the PNG one I imported on Photoshop it's completely fine
