I opened a PDF on illustrator and saw that I don't have the fonts present in the pdf, and I can't even find them on Google. I really need them to save me a lot of work (putting all the texts in font I own).
The names are CIDFont + F1 to CIDFont + F5 (ie it has f2, f3 and f4).
You could try if the document info in Acrobat still shows you the correct name of the font.

You need the fonts, because you need to edit the text?
Or would it be sufficient to outline the text.
If the latter you could create a new file and place the AI file (don't embed)
Then select it and Object > Flatten transparency. Check "Outline text"
You can then open the file again and replace the text with the outlined text from the other file.
Plase don't attach images. Embed them. Thank you.

Try to replace the font by a different one from your fontlist (Type menu > Find Font...)
The fonts you mentioned only exist in the pdf and are reencoded.
