Incomplete/broken path with pentool

Hello,

recently I have been experiencing whenever I use the pen tool all the paths I make dont have a complete line. Sometimes if I zoom all the way out it does show the complete line but not always, this is extremely annoying when working. It just started a few weeks ago, maybe I changed something without knowing but I hope someone can help me solve this problem.

Do you have a Pattern Swatch applied to the paths?

check your GPU Preview (View menu), turn it Off
