Interesiting Problem

I was working on my MacBook Pro in adobe illustrator. I entered Adobe's Creative Cloud and Illustrator did not appear as installed and it gave me the option to install it, the only thing that happened was that it reinstalled it and I lost the settings. Does anyone know what this problem may be due to? Malware? My antivirus says it's all OK. Maybe an Adobe failure?

Did you change language?

Not, why? And I want to emphasize that right now I only have one ILLUSTRATOR installed, it's not that it has been duplicated

I just wanted to check. If you change the install language in the CC app, it will show that Illustrator can be installed (even though it still is installed). If you than click install, it will add another language, but not another Illustrator.
