iOS/iPadOS: Is there a plastic wrap effect or something similar?

Does the iPadOS/iOS version feature any effects similar to the Plastic Wrap effect as seen in the desktop versions of Illustrator?

I'm considering paying for the iPadOS version of Illustrator because I use ProCreate for painting (iPad Pro), and sometimes like to apply an effect like Plastic Wrap to the art. If I could do this type of thing without having to transfer the image to my MacBook Pro, that would be worth me paying for it 🙂
