I need to print all the colors in my swatches panel with my desk printer or just produce a pdf.
Someone know how I can print all the colors without coloring any object, just print the colors present in the panel “automatically”?
Maybe this script from John Wundes helps:
Render Swatch Legend v1.1
This script will generate a legend of rectangles for every swatch in the main swatches palette.
You can configure spacing and value display by configuring the variables at the top of the script.

Hi Graziano,
Unfortunately the answer is no, not directly from the Swatches panel. One workaround is to take a screenshot of enlarged Swatches panel and then print it. If there's any other workaround, I firmly believe our experts would definitely suggest here.

Om

Are all (colour) swatches used in the actual document (assigned to filled paths, stroked paths, whatever)?
Celebrating a jubilee because I asked that 6665 times in the past, now 6666: Which version of Illustrator are you using?

That's a great one Kurt, really appreciate your work!
Apart from the scripting option suggested by Ton, here's the large thumbnail view:

I like Om's answer! I would just add that you can change the view of the swatches to "Large Thumbnail". I'm sending a screen shot along.
I'm also thinking you can do something with Re-color Artwork. I'll play around with it. If I get a better answer, I'll post it later

Thank you Tom, your advice was exactly what I was looking for. In fact I could print the swatches as they are and not are they appear on the screen of the computer using the screenshot. Now I have just to study how to manage the preference of the script and change the option of the size and the number - I have hundreds - of the colored rectangles (I don't have experience on script). I thank you very much fr your help. Graziano

I love this script but it is doing each color individually. Is there a way to run all the swatch colors at 1 time?
Thanks for the great lead!
