The context menu cannot be configured. If you need additional commands in there, please write a feature request: http://illustrator.uservoice.com

Are you saying that you want to create new commands that don't already exist within Illustrator? Or do you want to be able to establish key commands to make it easier to apply existing commands? You can do the latter through Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts...

Once you have the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog window you can click on a menu command that does not already have a key command and add one or change one that already does (see screen shot). You can change the commands as part of the Default Set or, by clicking on the save icon to the right of the "Set" area, create a new set. After you finish making your changes quit the program and when you relaunch what you've done should become part of your Illustrator preferences.

thank you for replying. I came across the same panel as you. but when you have an object selected and you right click another option bar appears with tasks. I want to change those . I took a screen shot. I selected and object and I right clicked my mouse so the bar appears.
