Issue downloading Adobe Illustrator on Mac

Hello,

 

For several weeks now, I’ve been experiencing an issue downloading Adobe Illustrator on my Mac. Despite multiple attempts and following the instructions on your website, the download remains unsuccessful.

 

I would like to specify that I’m trying to download version 29.1 (the latest), but it does not work. I’ve also tried downloading older versions of Illustrator without success. However, I have been able to download and install other Adobe applications without any problems.

 

The first thing I tried was downloading the program to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it, but this did not resolve the issue.

 

To provide more details, I am running macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, my Mac is up to date, and the model is an Apple M1 Pro with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

 

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or help me successfully install Adobe Illustrator?

Thank you for your previous response. Unfortunately, the link you provided is no longer active. Could you please send me an updated link? I will download the application as soon as I receive your reply.

 

Additionally, when attempting to download Adobe Illustrator, I don’t receive a pop-up error message. Instead, the status changes from “Application is downloading” with a percentage indicator to a message stating “Download failed.” I apologize if this translation is inaccurate, as I am not fluent in English and am composing this message in French.
