issue illustrator export pdf opacity layers

i have problem

pics is good opacity is good in file after i export to pdf 

opacity not good 

macbook pro m1 max 

version mac operation 14.1.2 

illustrator 28.1 last update

Which application are you using to check the PDF? Apple Preview? 

Try Acrobat.

I try flatten transparency & restrize before i export 

the same thing grunge layers background not the same settings

I have the same issue i have tried everything that is mentioned above and I am using adobe pro too. Any updates?
