issue with Navigator panel

Hello,

My problem with the navigator panel is when you open this windows the artboart and the project you I am working on it apperars very small, it shows you a big white space with the artboard in the right corner (approximately). It should shows you in the window all the artboard. Can you help me please?

This is the issue, why the artboard is tiny and I have that big with area ?

Thanks for confirming. Could you confirm the version of the OS/Illustrator installed, the resolution/scaling settings used under the OS Display preferences and the scaling settings used in Illustrator, so I can better assist you?

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

I'm using Windows and this is a hp computer

Besides, is not the resolution of my computer, sizes of icons are great. My problem is the Navigator panel as you can siee in the previous picture I sent in this conversation. Check this picture of an example of how the navigator panel should see
