Issues with Filter Effects Gallery Loading

Hello fellow designers! I'm facing an issue where my Filter Effects Gallery fails to load completely. I've taken several steps to resolve the problem, including updating both my Illustrator software and my computer's operating system, saving my work and restarting my computer, and watching a couple of YouTube tutorials to troubleshoot the problem. However, none of these measures have resulted in a solution. I've attached an image for reference. If anyone has any insights or advice on resolving this, I would greatly appreciate your assistance!
